Century 21st Portfolio Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. The members have approved Audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account of the Company and the report of the Auditors and Directors for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008 by passing an ordinary resolution.
2. The members have reappointed T Surya Praksha Rao as Director of the company by passing an ordinary resolution.
3. The members have appointed Venkata Srinivas & Associates Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company from this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting on such fee fixed by the Board.
4. The members have appointed Mr. K Ravi Kumar as Director of the Company who shall not be subject to retire by rotation.
5. The members approved appointment of Mr. K Ravi Kumar as Director & Company Secretary of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. April 30, 2008 in accordance with the provisions of Sec 198, 269, 309, 311 read with Schedule XIII of the Companies Act.
