Enter in Development Credit Bank

Sajiv Dhawan of JV Capital is of the view that one can enter in Development Credit Bank for the short term.
Dhawan told CNBC-TV18, "If one look at valuations, Development Credit Bank has already had a big move today. The big worry is that the NPA is 4%, yes the management is saying it will come down to 2% but still above a lot of sector as a whole. So, maybe a bit of momentum left. Ideally we would like the stock to correct Rs 35-40 but with the current bullishness and the sector as a whole that might be difficult. So, from that perspective enter it but have a trading stoploss if you want the stock for the short term."
Disclosure: Analyst doesn't hold personally, but his clients certainly have positions in the above stock.
