Sensex and Nifty have outperformed the midcap index post correction in May 2006. In the recent market fall, broader indices fell more than benchmark indices whereas the midcap and small cap indices barring today's rally were still making new lows.
Though the equity market is on its way to recovery, experts are talking about bottoms. But, hang on. Look at data first before taking a plunge on what to buy.
