Raamdeo Agrawal of Motilal Oswal Securities believes that Development Credit Bank is a long shot in terms of business condition. It should be successful.

Agrawal told CNBC-TV18, "I met the management of Development Credit Bank, DCB just before the public issue. The new team, which has been put up in this bank, is trying to built on to the retail model the way the newer banks have built it like HDFC, Centurion or Yes Bank."

He further added, "Also this team is also trying hard and they have an infrastructure in place and they have client base already on ground. They have a very capable team and it�s a long shot in terms of business condition, which are very good and I�m sure they should be successful, that�s the bet right now."
