First Winner lists below issue price on NSE

First Winner Industries (FWIL), engaged in the manufacture of grey fabrics and in supplying textile fabrics to various wholesalers, apparel and garment manufacturers, listed at Rs 110 on the NSE against the issue price of Rs 125 at a discount of 12%.

At  9.57 am the share was trading at Rs 92 on the NSE. The share touched an intraday high of Rs 129.90 and an intraday low of Rs 81.15. The Total traded quantity was 3,16,444 shares and turnover was Rs 298.6 lakh.

On the BSE the share opened at Rs 125 at its issue price and touched an intraday high of Rs 125  and an intraday low of Rs 81.60.

The issue which closed on June 17, 2008, was subscribed 1.26 times. The qualified institutional bidders portion was subscribed to approximately around 1.05 times; the non-institutional bidders portion was subscribed to approximately around 1.84 times; the retail portion was subscribed to approximately around 1.32 times.
 
Almondz Global Securities Limited was the sole book running lead manager to the issue.
