Sources say Ford and Tata Motors inked the agreement on Jaguar-Land Rover late last night, reports CNBC-TV18. Ford will announce the deal at noon UK time today.
When contacted, the Ford management said, "We will not confirm anything until we have communicated any significant developments to our employees."
