With high interest rates, IT companies going slow on hiring and in few cases firing, uncertain environment. Real estate is a cyclical industry and INDIA is no exception, also it is a sector which cannot turn around within a year of downturn. Its better to wait till 2010 for some visible signs of improvement to enter this stock or maybe if it falls below Rs. 40, which I feel is a safe level. ...

Downside is very limited in my opinion in this sector and particularly for Parsvnath. Now it should move upward. Roti, Kapra aur Makaan are three basic needs of human being. Specially in India Demand for housing will never slow down. Today I have bought some shares of Parsvnath to average my earlier purchases. Hope it will show some shine. Kyunki Raat ke baad hi to savera hota hai. Hai na..

While I was not a great fan of this sector few months back, I suppose it is now time to slowly start picking up for long term. There is going to be some more downslide in this sector and it is worth keeping this in mind while investing.
There may be a recovery in this sector starting next fiscal year and ofcourse it may not be as bull as it was.

Parsvnath have huge debts in its account.. Announcing new projects every other day... results are coming down against the claims made by Pradeep Jain... Real estate sector showing signs of slowdown... I bet none of the investors had made money in this stock... Slow recoveries in contrast to the sharp falls... Is this stock ever going to recover?

Indian homes second dirtiest in the world - still poor Indians pay high amounts and black money to buy houses in Mumbai and Delhi.
Ever dreamt of a squeaky clean home with gleaming floors and glittering lampshades? Where germs and microbes are wiped out with a vengeance?
You won't get it in India, according to a seven-country survey by the Hygiene Council, a global initiative that brings together experts in microbiology, virology, infectious diseases, immunology, and public health.
Indian homes are the dirtiest in the world, except for Malaysia, the survey said....
