Real Estate is NOT my sector of choice these days in structuring a portfolio for myself, or for any of my clients.

My priority sectors (counters) are listed at my HomePage here at MMB.

However, I advise my co-boarders here at MMB to accord least priority (or no priority) to PARSVNATH, as compared to DLF, UNITECH or OMAXE etc.

Normally, I would discuss FULL reasons in detail for whatever I say or post ... but this time I'm just issuing a friendly advice without assigning any reasons. So, please don't ask for any specific reasons !
