I doubt as the company has given a bonus issue of redeemablae debentures in Dec07/Jan08 in the ratio of 1 debenture againsst 1 share which has a face value of Rs.25/- and the same is redeemable in Jan 08 and if the company intended to issue bonus it could have done that time.The company definitely is sound but bonus issue seems a bit optimistic considering the company giving liberal dividend of Rs.30/- per share.........

I visitied similar so many plant like NTPC, CFCL. Sourrinding land do not appreciate sharp afte plant start functional. Sourring land value appreciated till plan construction work in progress. After plant becomes functional sourrounding land value remains as usual. Do u think surounding land owners will develop shopping mall,multiplex, housing complexes near to plant? I have scene such projects since inception and after inception and changes after plant. Land value apprecation do not happen. So real matter is political gain and money. MAMATA is out of power so she did not get chance to take her share from upcoming project. MAMATA did not get her chunk in the project. She already told some time that Nano matter can be sorted out within 1-2hrs. What kind of proposal she had which can resolve entire land issue within 1-2hrs which have been there since long time. ...
