Shiv Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 05, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Consider and approve Audited Annual Accounts of the company for the period ended March 31, 2008.

2. discuss and fix the date and venue of annual general meeting of the members of the Company.

3. Consider forfeiture of Equity shares....

Atleast I wont sell.... But brijesh I always make it a point to reduce my cost by selling either 1/3rd or half of the quantity held by me..... My cost too is much lower, so i cud afford to do that.... it depends on individual to individual and his / her core LT-PF..
And Shiv-Vani Oil is good long term story still, atleast I think.

600 and above should be good neat level?

Sales rose 118.44% to Rs 142.27 crore in Qtr ending June 2008 for the financial year 2008-2009 compared to Rs 65.13 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2007.
