About me: About me: About me: I have postgraduate degree in commerce and a fellow company secretary. I am in share market since 1994 and have seen many ups and downs. My hobby is to study Balance sheet of Companies. On the basis of my experience I wish to say that in share market long-term investor is always a winner. I always invest in the company having reserves 10 times more of the capital. PAT should be 3times of the capital. Management should distribute 33% of PAT, as Dividend and it should be shareholder friendly.
I have read many books on Stock Market and learned how to reduce losses, how to create wealth, portfolio management, how to select stocks and how to make profit by trading and investing in stock market. Lastly I have come to the conclusion that neither Technical Analyst, fundamental analyst, trader, broker operator nor speculators run this stock market. GOD RUNS IT. Therefore one should listen to all of them but when one finds that prophesy of all of them has gone wrong one should believe that GOD had interfered. No one has direct link with GOD as far as share market is concerned. Few Tech and Fundamental analyst have for some time but often connectivity is broken and God does not give clue as to which way he will direct market. So take your own decision who knows one day you may establish connectivity with HIM.
MY MESSAGES ARE FOR LONG TERM INVESTORS I have divided shares of all the companies in to three parts as under:-
1 SHARES WHICH INSURE THE LOSS. These are the shares of those dividend-paying companies who have very low capital, large reserves and reasonable profit. However management holds more than 75% of capital balance is with others including public. But the management is professional. They do not indulge in trading of their own shares. I term the shares of these companies as insurance against losses. Even when market goes down they do not loose their steam in the same proportion as the management does not sell its share and the retail investor is loyal to company expects 30 to 35% return there fore never try to dispose the shares.
2 PENSION SHARES. These are the shares of large cap best performing companies of reputed management like Tatas, Birlas , Ambanis , infosys, satyam, wipro and other Industrial houses who reward their share holders by continuous expansion of business. I recommend the purchase of shares of such companies with long term investment, returns of which will be enjoyed by grandchildren of investors.
3 LOTTERY SHARES. These are the shares of the companies, which are continuously in loss, but there is hope of improvement. Companies who have no activities but shares are traded in large volume and often go up and down. The price is below Rs3/- If investor is lucky he may get unexpected returns as he can purchase such shares in large quantity because of their low price. However I will never advise any one to indulge in such a venture.
WISH YOU GOOD LUCK
