When EAST and WEST Germany can unite,why not India and Pak?

In my earlier job,ball bearings were getting stolen from our factory and so the security personnel were told to look for such stolen goods in workers pockets.The search started but still thefts were there.Later we found out that the workers were taking them in their HANDS..
So a metal detector was installed and still problem remained.A careful scrutiny revealed that the untrained security guards took the beep sound for all clear signal!

Our security after a few days of a worst terrorist attack!

LAX SECURITY ENDANGERS LAKHS: Balasaheb Borkar (50), a resident of Vashi in Navi Mumbai, exposed the lax security at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus on Monday. He travelled by train to the station with his licensed .32 revolver. “I went in and came out through the metal detectors placed at different exit and entry points. Not once did the police personnel question me. Then, I myself went up to the cops and asked why they were unable to detect my weapon. I was shocked when they said they did not the hear the beeps of the metal detector,” Borkar told TOI. Borkar said he was shocked that the police had not learnt any lessons after the recent terror attacks

When most of the shares are falling like mad,this scrip is able to hold fairly close to its 200dema and is putting a brave fight.The funda is good,latest results are fabulous and recession will not lead to stoppage of cooking.
Good dividend yield too.

May be funds are sitting on cash levels more because there are quite high chances of redemption pressures. So offcorse funds cant deploy their cash fully into the market. They will have to sit on cash levels irrespective of market levels. Not just for redemption pressures but I think giving out full cash int the market is not an good idea....

Simply unbelievable!!!! and this happened in Mumbai within three days after the major shock in the city. Only because men who are unfit to be there are there. Police and armed constabulary should be completely rewamped and people who are unfit should be sent out. Governments should use more powers in dealing with erring police and security men....

We must have a Governemnt which can implement a well arrived at plan of action for the defence of our borders whether it is sea coast or mountain terrains or planes. Show us the real heroes, the commandos who saved lives`, it read. There were many other telling one-liners enough to shake the government and shame it enough to take concrete steps. Some of them read: `Don`t be divided by politicians`, `UN must take over Pakistan`, `Is a genuine bullet-proof jacket too much to ask for our brave policemen?`, `We are awake. When will our politicians wake up?`, `Who will act, people or the government?` There have also been a slew of SMSes doing rounds. While some are demanding MNS chief Raj Thackeray to come out and save the city, others say one should not worry about `those who have come through boat (terrorists), but about those who have come through vote`. One SMS read: `And now the president is visiting our Mumbai tomorrow to provide lip service. Do we want our brave cops to run behind these useless politicians or do we want them to focus on the investigations? We must stop all politicians from visiting Mumbai for their own political gains and hamper the investigations. Please join in to protest against such visits. Please convey this to all Mumbaikars.` Another stinging SMS read: `Please forward Raj Thackeray`s phone number. Don`t know where he is when you need him. We want him to go and save aamchi Mumbai along with his MNS goondas, the sons of the soil. Army, NSG commandos are not Marathi manoos. Why should they fight or lay their lives for Mumbaikars?` And not wanting to be left behind is supposedly the BJP, using the SMS as a tool to malign the Congress. `Enough is enough. The terrorists have not only attacked Mumbai but our national pride. India can no longer afford a weak government. Mehangi padi Congress.` Another SMS reveals the rage among the people, it says: `I don`t want to light a candle to bury my remembrance for those who have died. My heart is full of anger, resentment, pain and revenge. I see no victory. I see no reason to celebrate. I see no reason to hoist my national flag outside the Taj Hotel. Ten terrorists had the power to make the entire nation go crazy for 60 hrs.` The general public is angry. The politicians are gaining mileage. And the government is busy making promises of strict action against the perpetrators of terror. [India2day]...
