If you in for the short term then average out and exit once you break even. The real estate sector will be very volatile going forward, especially with high interest rates. Induabulls though has a lot of commercial properties and a hug gain from the rental yields from these properties cannot be ruled out . this will provide the company a steady source of income once they are developed and let out. One needs to be very patient with real estate stocks as they fall to the cycles in the market. this is a long term story and one can invest in it on drops.
