After the IPO @ 145 close to a year ago, why did this stock crumble .. It is trading close to its book value .. And the MFs have all dumped the stock ..

BTW, the above suggestion was only for short term people. If you dont need the money for a year.... this is one of the best stocks.

Lots of cash and still trading at 5 PE....

The reason why it went down is everyone thought that borrowing costs will be huge and profit margins will go down.

The reason why its going up now is that everyone knows that they still have 200Crs from IPO as cash so dont have to borrow. Hence no interest burden.

I say dont sell now. Wait till it reaches 100.

As compare to previous year quarter ended June 2007 sale is incresed by 17% i.e. from 88.96 cr. to 103.93 cr. and PBT is incresed by 37 % i.e. from 34.54 to 47.24...

Result not look that great. Market sentiment on real estate not changed. Even though stock hit upper circuit. Any idea why? Some funds/FII may be buying?

Result:
Net profit was at Rs 29.8 crore versus Rs 42 crore.
Net sales were at Rs 72.5 crore versus Rs 135.7 crore.
