And Rohtas Goel, Omaxe CMD, has gone insane. He is shouting on every channel that prices have bottomed out. I don`t know of any project of Omaxe in which they have reduced prices. Instead for their Palm Green in Greater which they were selling at 2575 /- sft 5 months back. They have increased the price to 2901 /- sft.

Does he think people are fools that they don`t know the market rates....

Builders should have a DISCOUNT SALE in all major cities. Buy one and get adjacent free. Then they will get some money.

They haven`t been able to sell a single apartment in the past month. They have also closed their low cost housing subsidiary. Something is wrong with this company.

They haven`t been able to sell a single apartment in the past month. They have also closed their low cost housing subsidiary. Something is wrong with this company....

Reports say that omaxe is unable to sell any apartment or house from the past 2 months. It is in heavy debt and has a lot of shraes pledged. This stock can go to 3 or 4 rupees and company can even go bankrupt.

Investors be cautious.

Reports say that omaxe is unable to sell any apartment or house from the past 2 months. It is in heavy debt and has a lot of shraes pledged. This stock can go to 3 or 4 rupees and company can even go bankrupt.
