Cambridge Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange vides it letter dated July 17, 2008 that "The allotment committee, today ,by way of circular resolution has allotted 24000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under Cambridge ESOP 2006 (Program 1). Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has gone up from Rs. 111,34,13,830/- comprising of 11,13,41,383 equity shares of Rs, 10/- each to Rs. 111,36,53,830/- comprising of 11,13,65,383 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each."
