Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008:

The results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2008

The Company has posted a net profit after extraordinary items of Rs 68.786 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 227.717 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 373.415 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 to Rs 496.173 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.

The Consolidated results are as follows:

The Group has posted a net profit after minority interest of Rs 79.997 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 341.512 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 782.163 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 to Rs 1438.260 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008....

Hi Everyone,
I have been keenly looking to this share. It`s quite a good share I experienced sometime. Now I didn`t understand why it doesn`t have any support level. Can anyone having any provide any information about this share. I am sure, this is a pretty much lucrative share, however I just want to know about the timeframe when this share will back to track. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

as far as i understand, on 9 april 2007 announcement was made to obtain the approval of members of the company for issuing these warrants and announcement of 9 august 2008 clearly states that today promoters were alloted these warrants and these are to be converted within 18 months from the date of allotment. you can visit corporate announcement under corporate information in nse site.sir, i am new into this market. if i am wrong please let me know through your reply. thanks....

they alooted already as on 9th april 2007 and expired as on 9th oct, 2009 and such a warrant can not be extend for further period dear and one more thing you have to know is

indiabulls realestates castlewood is on hold due to invironmental issues and such issue is very serious so pre sales is already stoped by company according to realestate brokers who dealng with sales and indiabulls launch new project :indiabulls greens at chennai at very low price of 2700 and apx 900 apartments for pre sales booking from 18 lacs onwards

but stock is value buy from my point of view its trade below fundament value so people who want to invest for medium term must invest in this company

Please hold, as US is working out the bailout program, and once that is passed, you can expect a 50% jump from the current level. Realty/Infra is cracked on sentiments only. Indiabull/DLF/HDIL/SOBHA are fundamentally strong stocks to hold on, the best is HDIL. Atleast one can get a temporary relief. Price is not going to stay at this lower level even though these analysts are writing when market is up target is so much, when down target is so much and then say a big SELL. All these good stocks have very good potentials to go beyond their yearly highs. It is not in the hands of analysts. It will shoot up some of the key reasons are solved which are happening now.

UP they told to buy more & more, lot of multibaggers are in their pipeline that they deliver to media,make us fool we the mass are being
victimised by DOW, NAS, TOM, DI, HARRY so on & so forth. Its time to think when to enter & when to sell.We should have to take our dicision
