Blue Star Infotech Ltd (BSIL) has informed BSE that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Ashok Sunil & Company Pvt Ltd ("Ashok Sunil") with Blue Star Infotech Ltd ("BSIL") has been sanctioned by the Honble High Court of Bombay vide order dated May 02, 2008. Pursuant to the Scheme, BSIL has passed a Board Resolution for allotment of 7,17,918 equity shares to the shareholders of the transferor Company.
