Management feels the fair price of stock is 700 and not 500 Their director finance has told on cnbc however,the stock will bounce back on friday 4th n mgmt has announced buy back too...

hi DNC,buy back is not atall an artificial way of raising value but it matters too much n creates confidence of investors As for as b/sheet is concerned DLF has shown the best results ever a rob...

Hey marketman......Do u mean to say that DLF chairman is putting flowers on investors ears by saying the intrinsic value of DLF is Rs.700?????I don't think so.......However there is one similarit...

It does not matter whether the market is up or down!!.. Real estate stocks are not darlings any more... hence their PE will be relooked at!!...

if management think that the fair price of the share is rs.500 today than why did they take Rs. 550 one year ago ? ...

It is currently quoting around a PE of 25 and soon to be available around a PE of 15 or even less!!...

gdd, Yes, this sector is badly beaten up and it will take some time for the investors to come back. The company results will be crucial which will be the indicators for up swing in coming quarte...
