if sebi investigates it will see promoters holding is 90% and they have cornered more than 5% in some of their group associates names without disclosing it to exchanges and promoters are simply rigging this share price because of low floating stock if somebody investigates then it is clear sign of delisting since promoters are holding more than 95%...

P/E is not the only criteria here. This is a low floating stock as many have already noted, and the EPS is around 61, which is the highest in the realty pack.. Other Major Realty players, including DLF have EPS in the range of 30 and lower.
There are many factors playing here - With what conviction are you saying that 100 is near term price? ...

yes. 100 is for sure. hdil's pe is 3. akruti city's pe is 13. its funny. how can akruti trade at pe of 13 for its profit for 171/quarter. hdil's profits are 375/quarter. so its funny to see akruti at current price level. exit the stock and its target is 100 for sure in the near term.

once margin call triggers in akruti one will see shareprice falling below 100rs in single day, only operators are keeping this share price above 700rs just to avaoid margin call getting trigered, investors should exit this stock immediately ...
