only in India you can get away with this kind of implicit fraud..On July 21st the board thinks that the stock is undervalued and will consider a buyback on july 31st...On this news lakhs of people have bought in anticipation of getting a fair value and alas have lost money Bigtime.. when the management backs away from the buyback proposal it is giving a clear indication that the stock can fall another 75%...Beware of ZEE GROUP just like Silverline. SEBI SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ...

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company held on July 30, 2008 the Board deliberated on the proposal for Buy-back of Equity Shares of the Company, and after due consideration, the Board decided not to go ahead with the proposal for buying back equity shares of the Company at this point of time....
