Yes. In stock market it reflects within days or months that the market is overvalued and its time to crash. But in Real Estate it takes considerable amount of time...

There is no point in selling now with you already have huge loss, what if it goes north, so dont short, keep watching and wait patiently and if it really goes 2 digit, then think about averaging ...

Don't forget the history. Some IT blue chip companies were @ 10k, around 7 - 8 years back, & now they are at their one tenth value, what it was, on their life time peak. Hence, if realty or...

thanks for ur msg..becoz of that indiabulls stupid msg..i dint sell my parvnath stocks which i have bot for 495 and it pains me to sell at this lower level..but i cant help it ..i think atleast l...
