Dear KArunas,
There is a difference between Steel & Cement Sector and moreover, profiting and profiteering.

Cement Prices were higher than in markets in other countries. HEre the already the story is different. Steel PRices are below market price in other countries by INR 13000 to 15000 per tonne. Still Steel companies are enjoying a 20% margin because of their backward integration.
