I think u have taken a very big exposure at a very high price... really feel sad for u... best is wait for euphoria to retun at some point of time... maybe need to wait for 2-3 years or maybe soooner .. I have no idea but it will come once for sure... then u may get back ur price(maybe even a small profit :) )but at that time please exit and stay with MFs or large cap index stocks only....

you may be correct... even yesterday Mr. Ramesh Damani questioned about the intention of the management. Now this thing was beyond the expectations of most people. lets see what happens. the story is not as clear as it seems. first after fall in property prices, 2000 crore has shrinked to 1200-1400 crore. the way they have planned the development - 50% their share against the land and 50% share of the builder against the development and finance for it. so they need another 1200 crore to develop theland which they dont have. big builders are also going away form such projects, as demand is sluggish and supply is high at tis moment. dont beleive see the fall in rentals at malls. (nearly 30%) another problem they have is - company is not cash rich, they have already sold some land in vadodara to generate cash and to come out from BIFR. their low budget cigarette is showing slow growth numbers(Vs ITC). and soon they will end up with some crooked raheja builders for their property development , not to forget any possible court cast for the same. in total max value for this share is 600-700 that too all falls in place. till then enjoy....
