it seems that you are badly traped in this stock. but do not worry, this will not go below 55/- may be about at 60 rupees mr. dhoot will try to play smart and bring buy back. mutual funds who have invested in this stock migh may got out. even god cannot help to the traped investors of this company. all the investors of this company should complaint to sebi and exchange and to keep watch on news flows spread by the company. ...

this stock is worth nothing. promoters will create new company merge it and will give nothing to share holders. if so many reported oil assets are there with the company why stock is drifting lower and lower. promoters wants to create wealth for them selves by selling the stock higher. they will never create wealth for share holders.be aware of misleading information on message board. to day again company has come out with some news but this time people are aware that any good news as per company is best opportunity to sell .

to day they have informed bse that comapny have made pre salt discovery in brazil and the share prices have shot up by 9%. informed circle might have purchased at the lower price and are trying to get out on this news. what is so great about this news . will company explain about the discovery and how much time it will take to produce oil. every 10-15 days some kind of news is either given by mr. dhoot on cnbc or through exchanges and these guys spurt the price to get out by making huge profit in the short term. will the top management focus on the real work to be done for the company instead of speculating in their own scrip....

really some thing is wrong. fully agree with the views about the promoters. earlier they have done it with videocon narmada electronic and then videocon international and next is videocon inds.promoters are entering in each and every busniess without any thinking and investors are watching thier wealth being eroded every day. is there any one who can listen to the plight of innocent investors.

Vcon industries is finally going to roll out telecom services in the first week of oct08. What happening guys,will somebody say something.The vcon street looks deserted and our captain Dhoot has forgotten that the ship cannot run without mates. Joint Venture Subsidy Acquires Brazilian Co.

VB (Brasil) Petroleo acquired another Brazilian based company EnCana Brasil Petroleo (`EBPL`), for consideration of USD 165 million. The news was made public by Videocon Indutries.
VB (Brasil) Petroleo Private is a JV framed by Videocon Industries and Bharat PetroResources (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum Corporation)
Further, payment of USD 118 million has been made as reimbursement of all the expenses of EBPL since Jan. 01, 2007 from EnCana Corporation of Canada and one of its subsidiaries under an agreement dated September 08, 2007 to buy these shares (the `SSA`).
EBPL owns ten deep water offshore petroleum exploration blocks in four Concessions in Brazil. Three of the four concessions are operated by Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. (`Petrobras`), the national oil Company of Brazil. Meanwhile the remaining one concession is operated by American based Anadarko Corporation via its subsidiary
Videocon Industries, the 3.5 billion USD flagship company of the Videocon Group, is a diversified company having varied interests including consumer goods, oil and gas.
