Dear shubhshankarji,

You have given 4 stages to invest...Keeping 150000 in hand. I feel at the end of second stage, one will having no capital on hand..

It needs recalculate the investment stages. I think zero are the main culprit. !!!!!! any way, Your stragy is theoritically good...

If fall 10% add how much out of 150000?? this is the real problem. because reliance Capital is down 50 % from the peak!!!!!!!!!...

Invest only 50000 now in RELCAP. If it decreases or increases by Rs 100 then invest another 100000 and so on. Never invest multiple amount at same price. So your investment should be

Buy this stock at 550Rs. and leave it for 3 years...till Reliance Bank comes under the new government policy it will show u at 3,500 RS.

whatever look strong is not really strong.... wait for some time and keep your momey in your pocket....soon this market is going to retest its lows... so invest when market is in four digit.....below 10,000 is going to give small invester good time for their future.....
