After a good amount of investment is done in the nuclear power sector, it will be difficult to return equipments, fuel, spares and resources. Because they have the right to react, your right to conduct tests is unlikely to be exercised at the cost of heavy economic fall-out. The International Atomic Energy Agency has stipulated that once an imported power plant comes under the purview of safeguards, it will remain so till it is abandoned or it is unusable. yes, it is looking good at present, but i will argue with you for one point, this year and winters will be different from tradition. So dont think crude prices are going to rise, commodities in the world have seen their best times this year, and now and for some good amount of weeks you are going to see them falling like falling knife. Crude is slated to go for 80-85 dollars this winters. Aban Offshore looks good definitely as per the valuation concerns are being talked about. ...

I think people have learnt the art of talking without knowing the basics. It is surprising that even today there are some who speak of downfall.....please wake up this is not cindrella\\`s world.....every movement has a reason and Aban is a fundamentally strong company and its stock is valued today at a much lower rate. It certainly has to reach the level of 4000 by default and nothing can stoop that.....today there are fundamental reasons why it will reach that level quickly....

I also agree that dissenting voice is always welcome as it breaks the established beliefs and show the new path. NO DISSENT--NO PROGRESS. But dissenting voice must be logical and reasonable not just noise...
