Though it may take sometime, but this share should do well in MT from current level and the figure of 200/210 seems possible....

rightly said..its been in this 160 range for sometime now....has tested recent lows of 158 & highs around 172...the stock is consolidation phase and should rally again soon.. also once tea industry is on MCX i expect the prices to sky rocket -- atleast 30 - 40% from,these levels... levels of 200 - 210 should be seen in due course (MT)

Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 19, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the draft Scheme of Amalgamation, u/s 391 & 394 of the Companies Act 1956, of the subsidiary, Jayantika Tea Co. Ltd with the Company effective from April 01, 2008, subject to the approval of the Scheme by the Stock Exchanges, Honble Court at Kolkata and the shareholders and others as may be required under the law....

All tea shares are going up. Jay Tea is up more than others because I have less shares :-) Unfortunately, I missed the chance of buying Jay T and McLeod in big qty. I am holding since last Sept. But since I have comparatively more qty of Warren and Goodricke, they haven\\`t gone up much :-) Anyway, why the co can\\`t send report to me. Who are these people u mentioned and their email ids?

already up 6rs..... interesting....markets are flat but this has rallied.....sure to touch 170 levels soon....and prolly head to new highs....

McLeod and Jayshree Tea have not sent annual reports despite mails sent to them. But if the share falls this time to 120, I will buy in big qty.
I was waiting for it to fall below 110 and it just turned upwards from 118. I didn't want to increase my average buying price. But well, the operators know that lot of buyers are waiting for this and other tea cos to fall. So tea shares are not at falling. I wish they crash
20-30% from here.

Looking to Fridays market, it was expected that this week at least for 2-3 days it should remain steady but as rightly said by you, because of weak asian cues, here also weakness continued. I think tomorrow we should remain steady somewhat after today's fall.

at an index level i surely see sensex at 15,000 also i dnt feeling it makes much senses selling below 15000 levels... this rally will be there till wed-- thursday might be jittery again as inflation # wud be dude.....so lets see.....

Yes you cn exit at a level between 170/175. This rally may continue a few days more and can retest 15000 or even more.

i feel for near term 170 - 175 is a veryyy good level to sell...as it has not rallied over that in the past rally when sensex was over 15000 levels...i see a veryyy strong resistance there...any other buy calls from you ... i think the rally today will fizlle out by mid of next week.. though sensex might retest the levels of 15000 again..and
