DiviS Laboratories Limited has informed the Exchange that Compensation Committee of Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 29, 2008 made the allotment of 24400 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to the employees under ESOP 2006 Scheme of the company. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company will get increased to 64748525 equity shares from 64724125 equity shares of face value Rs.2/- each....

Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008:

The results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2008

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 1376.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 912.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. Total Income has increased from Rs 2444.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 to Rs 3363.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.

The Group has posted a net profit of Rs 1353.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 909.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.
