Based on valuations and the current economy,
I would stick my neck out and say I would buy the index now and
I am pretty confident that in at least six months to one year you will definitely get at least a 50% upside....

Dear small invester1
DOW JONES seems to be reaching the mkt bottom in another one or two trading sessions it will stop going down. NIFTY will hold critical support at 3200-3250. This is the most imp support we have to watch now. Hold in cash till we reach the bottom.

Bubbu64ji,
today morning when I saw sensex free fall it was just panicked.
Just few days back when you was talking about 10k and 9k ppls were
critisizing making fun of you.
Now its happening and like a nightmare for small investors like me.
In india in joint families when youngers once face problems they go to elders and seek advice and follow it blindly. In such scenario
chances of making mistakes are less.
As you are senior and much learned boarder same I need you advice.
I will never blame you for the decision I took.
I am smaal invester and invested almost 3 lacks my portfolio is down 30% as of now. This money I don`t need anymore as its my savings.
Apart from this I have 3 lacks surplus cash as of now that I could invest in stock market.
Please advice what to do.
From your message its pretty clear u see sensex at 9/10K.
Best regards,

We feel 120 range for rolta is too negative. Rolta should go down upto maybe 135 and then upswing will start. Very ethical and committed company....

Sticking to some tried-and-true principles can help you get through the bad times with your sanity and your savings intact.
Don`t panic, stay the course.
If you can`t be right at least be consistent. We`re tempted to feel the emotions, but how we react to them is going to be far more important than any short-term swings.

Dipan Mehta said that the CRR cut signifies that the regulator is aware of the situation and is prepared to take steps.
“There were issues with liquidity and interest rates, the regulator just had its tightening stance in place but now there seems to be a bit of a change of thinking over there and this maybe one of the first positive steps which they make take to elevate the situation in which the markets are in.
By and large Indian banks are extremely well capitalized and solidly in the black, it’s more to do with the interest rates as well as the availability of finance which is hampering the industry at this point of time.
It would go a long way in restoring confidence and that could have a very positive effect on our markets in the immediate short term.”

It`s okay to feel the fear.
But it`s not okay to react to it.
Panicking and making big changes in your accounts is likely to do a heck of a lot more damage than a recession ever could.

Dear pss5588,
I believe you were referring to this message.
As far as my knowledge goes, Gremach isn`t cutting down on equipment rental business, its their sister concern - Austral coke which is cutting down on equipment rental business.
However, their equipment rental business will go down due to infra sector investment going down. But rental business is an advantage at this point of time because many infra developers are short of funds and they don`t want to lock in their fund by buying equipment - instead they will rent out one.
I agree that there announcements are big in nature with no great follow up on the same announcement for long time.

bhojas,
I liked ur style of replying especially ---the risk and reward is yours and also ....slowly keep adding this.
The valuations are indeed cheap even though it was recommended at 88 onwards but the only areas of concern still remains the market behaviour and the fact that this is one of the favourite stock of operators plus the managements tendency to make announcement after announcement. The only thing concrete so far towards income was equipment leasing which the management has said it will cut down. Rig no further progress and mining will not contribute significantly for another year. Will buy in small lots at appropriate time.
Wll IBSEC continue its dividend of Rs 7.5

Results for last quarter were below expectations and results for this quarter are expected to be lukewarm. Also melting global markets are taking a toll on all financial stocks.Hence I feel that this stock could soon tank sub-20 levels. The way markets are tumbling coupled with a global slowdown will result in many dividend paying companies likely to skip/reduce dividend in the future.
P.S. Ithink its best to exit now and re-enter in the range of 16-20 levels....

Dear IT bull – Previously you are repeatedly saying that at the time of production RPL will touch 1000+ mark, but it is not happened so far. In its life time RPL may not touch the 1000+ level (even sensex is at 35000.)
Here the problem is not only with the financial crisis globally but here the problem is with the refining margins.
As per some informed news, in Q2 globally refining margins are at 15 year low globally and will further dip in Q3.
So, I conclude that we are in the financial crisis. That is not as easy as you are thinking at this point of time.
Just go through my previous messages, they tell the facts.
With thanks

Will you be able to drive your car on water.
Will trucks doing transport run on water.
You need oil and you need refining companies.
Is there any problem in Indian economy.
Its just a intelligent trap to create pressure.
