Hinduja Foundries Limited has informed the Exchange that "At the Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2008 Mr. Anders Spare, who vacated office under Section 262 of the Companies Act, 1956, has been appointed as a Director of the Company under Section 257 of the Act, liable to retire by rotation. Further at the Board Meeting held on July 31, 2008 the following have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company to hold office till the next Annual General Meeting: (1) Mr. Narender Nagpal (2) Dr. C B Rao. Mr. R J Shahaney has been re-elected Chairman of the Board to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2009"....
