Finally the good news is coming by Oct. end. It will be for 20% equity and will be open till Dec end . After which another open offer will be made sometime in April - June Qtr of 2009.This has been verified by my insider sources. So,if you have courage and risk appetite then buy this counter for a short term target of 150-200 by Dec....

Iol Netcom Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders held on September 30, 2008, the shareholders have approved and passed resolutions on the below mentioned items of business as set out in the Notice convening the AGM: 1) Adoption of the Profit and Loss account for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Balance Sheet as on that date alongwith Directors Report and Auditors Report. 2) Reappointment of Mr. Sanjay Jagtap, who retired by rotation, as director of the Company. 3) Reappointment of Mr. M.K. Chouhan, who retired by rotation, as a director of the Company. 4) Reappointment of M/s Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company. 5) Issue of 60,00,000 (sixty lakh) equity share warrants carrying an entitlement to subscribe for an equivalent number of shares of the Company at a price of Rs. 120/- (including a premium of Rs.110/-) on a preferential basis to the parties listed out in the Notice to the Meeting....

IOL Netcom Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have approved and passed the following resolutions:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss account for the year ended March 31,2008 and the Balance Sheet as on that date alongwith the Directors Report and Auditors Report.

As per MY broker price wud be Rs 33.40 within 4 weeks.

I do not agree that it will touch 33 CONSIDERING the possible open offer from Videocon and their current business plan like IOL Mobile and IPTV. Infact I see atleast 30 to 50% gain from current levels in short to medium terms. Could you give reasons of your 33rs target....

As per my broker, huge accumulation is happening at the counter and soon it going to show a vertical rise. Some corporate bodies are showing good long term interest in the counter. Series of good news are going to support the movement. Buy as much as you can to make quick money...
