Spice Mobiles Limited has informed the Exchange that the name of the "Promoter " of the Company has been changed from SpiceCorp Entertainment Limited to Spice Enfotainment Limited w.e.f. October 24, 2008. Further, as informed to the company, Spice Enfotainment Limited will work on the principle of consolidating and combining Video, Voice and Data focusing on new areas of Entertainment and Information led businesses....

Spice Mobiles Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on October 30, 2008 have decided to change the Financial year of the Company to end on March 31, 2009 (15 months) instead of December 31, 2008 (12 months) and to end on March 31 every year thereafter....

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 31, 2008 regarding Change in Financial Year, Spice Mobiles Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said announcement the number of month should be read as "12 months" instead of "9 months". The revised Announcement is as follows:

"Spice Mobiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2008, inter alia, has decided to change the Financial Year of the Company to end on March 31, 2009 (15 months) instead of December 31, 2008 (12 months) and to end on March 31st every year thereafter."...
