can anybody tell me the portfolio details of Lotus India AGILE Fund (G) MF. I have heavily invested in this, since then it lost 40%. I searched for portfolio details of this MF in different sites, everywhere it is blocked............. Can somebody guide me what are their portfolio detiails???????????? please..........

I applied for opening a stock and commodity trading account with Reliance Money last month.

In the set of Form there was a Power of Attoryney to give Reliance Money Power of Attorney to Debit, Block and Operate the Investors Account. It was clearly written that the same is Optional. I refused to sign the same and cut it. First they were not willing to accept the Form because of not giving POA.

I convinced the sales representative to accept the form and taken the acknowledgment.

My account was not opened. When I followed up with them - I got a email from them that with POA - account will not be opened as it is risk management requirement.

Please guide what should I do.

I feel that this is serious violation of SEBI Guidelines and it is also playing with Investor. The intentions of the Relaince is not good and is adverse to Investor’s interest....

I think Inflation data is being manupulated purposely to keep gold prices high as India is large consumer & storage of gold.
Trusting data would be like trusting the mistrust self....

As wartsila India has been delisted from BSE SINCE JUNE 2007.so how should i sell the shares of the company now. how can i get back my money invested in shares?...

u can try idfc/sharekhan, which is quite good

send e/mail to nse bse sebi and hope that warning will be issued to icici....

Today,(20080813) I kept one order at 11:37. It is still(at 12:53 ) showing qued. and i kept one sell order in the morning around 10:30 and the price gone above the sell price, but not executed and there is bidding orders to buy
this stock for the price i specified.

I want to complaint to NSE. If anybody knows, how to proceed, please share with us.
