With all the crores worth of assests that u mention the stock price in market touched new low today, it may be u were referring to Zimbawe $$ the cheapest currency in world today since u didnot mention Indian Rupees against all those crores figure.
U seem to know value of all most all assests, surprising against loan liability u only say...Nominal. What is defination of Nominal, if u ask one of the director of GVF they probably say to them Nominal means 9 times the Capital base which they are going to write off the face value of GVF shares after the demerger.
Keep up your good hopes, positive thinking with such stock can only be good for health temporarily but bad for your holding assest value.
Try not to mislead others.

Pls stop buying G V Films shares. People started from the highs of Rs. 16 and are averaging at every 30% drop to see another 30% drop. Since then other stocks have dropped upto 50% but for G V Films it has dropped by whopping 80%. Promoters hold only 2-3% of shares and rest are with others. So you can see how much confidence promoters have in their own shares. If the market is operator driven your stock may cross 52 week high levels even but as of now go for sound and fundamental stocks which will give you better returns in future

There are various stocks, including GV Films, which are operator driven. They generally tend to rise as and when operators enter. You can rest assured, you will get a level of Rs.6.00 within one year. Best of luck....

take a id , dont hide behind Guest id, there maybe fools to believe your dream story.
I want to know from you why is GVF writting off 90 pct of shares ?
Why this company as per yr msg 38 crores shares of Rs 10 i.e Rs 380 crores made net loss last qtr and previous qtr had reported negligable profit in comparison to market cap.?
Why this company does not make any public annoucement on BSE for investing public ? When was the last time they shared info with public of any business success/transaction.
You are typical of one who is stuck deep in this share and want to spread positive news to prop up price. My suggestion dont waste your money in trying to average your cost, you will be only putting your money in hole that has no bottom.
Good luck....

It is RUMORS only, acually it was a boarder on this board who was spreading this news last Nov telling the Anil Ambani was quitely buying GVF for his freinds. I had replied that if it is true it is shame on Anil to be gifting such garbage. From various post of that boarder it was clear the person had bot GVF at 12 and invested about 80thosand Rs. There were many other positive post from the same boarder including last one which said retired judge being on demerger case the demerger will move faster and should be ex dated in June.
So pls dont go by unverifiable news, becareful as GVF has consistently shown no improvement in business or net results or market price. Never forget that they are going to write of 90 pct of capital base and that happens only when accumulated loss are not recoverable.
I would not be surprised if I see GVF trading at 60 to 80 paise.
Good luck to all.

Dear GV Fans,
Operators are going to enter GV scrip shortly and a smart rally upto Rs.5.50 or 6.00 cannot be ruled out.
The company has issued shares at conversion rate of 10.30 per share to FIIs and every effort will be made to bring the market price of the shares to this level. This is a risk worth taking. Be your own judge....
