Visaka Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has appointed Mr. B B Merchant, Director as
Chairman of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Director has inducted Mr. V Pattabhi as members of the Audit Committee....
