Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had redeemed the following Debentures:
1. Out of total 100 Debentures of Rs 1 Crores each aggregating to Rs 100 Crores of Series F issued to Axis Bank Ltd, which were due for redemption on September 29, 2008 the Company has pre-paid Rs 25 Crores on September 02, 2008.
2. Out of total 100 Debentures of Rs 1 Crores each aggregating to Rs 100 Crores of Series H issued to LIC Mutual Fund, which were due for redemption on September 23, 2008 the Company has pre-paid Rs 50 Crores on September 02, 2008 in addition to Rs 25 Crores already paid on August 28, 2008....

Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had redeemed 25 Debentures of Series H having face value of Rs 1 Crore each aggregating to Rs 25 Crores issued to LIC Mutual Fund.
These Debentures were falling due for redemption on September 23, 2008. The Company repaid the same by redeeming them on August 28, 2008....

Omaxe surged after the company said a wholly owned subsidiary has received a letter of intent for construction of a medical college and a hospital at Saharanpur in Uttar Pradsh..
The company made this announcement after trading hours on Friday, 22 August 2008.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 264.04 points, or 1.83%, to 14,665.53.
On BSE, 1,514 shares were traded in the counter. The scrip had an average daily volume of 1.07 lakh shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 128 and a low of Rs 124 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 613 on 13 December 2007 and a 52-week low of Rs 111 on 2 July 2008.
The company has an equity capital of Rs 173.57 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
The current price of Rs 128 discounts its Q1 June 2008 annualised EPS of Rs 10.72, by a PE multiple of 11.94.
Omaxe’s net profit fell 14.5% to Rs 46.53 crore on 12.9% increase in net sales to Rs 288.84 crore in Q1 June 2008 over Q1 June 2007.
Omaxe is a real-estate development and construction company. The company focuses on developing residential and commercial real-estate projects ranging from integrated townships, group housing and retail and other commercial properties, hotels, information technology and bio-tech parks to special economic zones (SEZ).

For this purpose, M/s. Constellation Capital Ltd, one of the promoters of the Company had pledged 2,50,58,000 (Two Crores Fifty Lacs Fifty Eight Thousand only) Equity Shares of the Company as collateral security with Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd.
