Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008 inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of equity dividend at the rate of Rs 0.80 per share for the financial year 2007-08.

3. Appointment of Mr. Surendra Jiwrajka, Mr. Chandrakumar Bubna as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

4. Appointment of M/s. Gandhi & Parekh, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration terms & conditions....
