I am saying that price will go below 10 but I m hoping that it will bounce back ..LOL. Then I think I can hope that Pakistan will surrender Kashmir issue , I can hope that India GDP will grow at 10% +

In software industry giving fake results are very easy and this company has done same....

Something fishy here. It seems some brokers have offloaded stock at higher level.

Company backed off from acquisition plan. Company wanted to come out with FCCB and they passed resolution for this matter.

Now if it is cash rich company why it need FCCB? Declare good results earn good money from various issue this was mantra of some software sector in past and this is happening it right now in this many company
...

this is really the problem with circuits the guys who want to get to get out find it diffivcult tog et out and once it will bottom out we cabnt get in coz it keeps hitting UCs
hmph i have bnought it at 170 thought i will avarage at 130 havent averaged it yet lol!...

Dhanus Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received approval for Extension of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 1 month and 5 days from Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Chennai.

Accordingly, the date of the Book Closure is revised to December 23, 2008 to December 24, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of dividend and Annual General Meeting. The ensuing annual general meeting is scheduled to be held on December 24, 2008....
