Todays "Economic times" has reported that the stock has moved 17% up in the last few days as a Singapore based fund is averaging their purchases made at very high levels!
Now results has shown sharp decline in profitability in Sep 09 vis-a-vis Sep 08.This is not surprising as all textile stocks have lost their flavour due to ongoing recession both global and domestic.Today I had been to a mela where a prime textile outfit were now selling their brands in the domestic market at bargain rates but still the buyers were not many.
Well luckily someone is buying the stock at least so the discerning could exit as after the dust settles the stock could settle below its yearly lows of 120.Sell!...
