biggest problem with all your analysis is that you conduct the post mortem only, the positioned have changed quite a bit since last quarter end. And also the position given by you is on a date, and it would have been changed on the subsequent date....

Pharma companies will be hit hard also. Costly drugs & medicines will take down demand & also, people will be less sensitive to health issue when financial issue is prominent although they require to pay attention....

Hello MC people, as far as my knowledge Oil&gas sectors,Precious metals like Gold,Telecom Sectors as in cah and when a right time occurs this sectors will again giveprofits to all investors like me....

Mr. Sing, please speak at least bit truth!! Do u think average middle class Indian can afford your flats in the range of min(50 lacs) which with loan interest will come as 1 cr? you are taking to reduce the rate of home loan but don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\`t you think that property developers are taking wrong advantage of growth in IT/ITES sector to rate the property values at very very unprecedented rate? And please dont use the media to express what Govt. or Bank should do but you all developers should start think a bit about us and make homes for middle class @rate of their affordable price. -Samir Rakshit, Bangalore...

SK Roongta, CMD of SAIL said that the 5% import duty was welcome, but said that he would have liked it to be at least 10%. Roongta feels the government should now look into the countervailing duty (CVD), which was removed on certain long products and was creating negative protection from imports in respect of certain long products....

Real estate companies are still thinking that people are fools.
It is the high prices which is keeping people away from buying. The interest rate is also important. But at this moment it is the high prices which is causing the slowdown.
But Real estate companies are stubborn on making huge profits....

While, Ravi Ramu, Director of Finance, Puravankara Projects said affordable housing project will attract large demand, adding that 15,000 homes are seen to come into the market.

If you reduce the price by atleast 50%, I will buy some real estate product. If you are not reducing price, I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING, EVEN IF I GET HOUSING LOAN @ 4%....
