then you have not studied the co properly. You have not gone through the bio - diesel policy proprly and you have not looked and the share holding pattern and stock price movement properly. you are just speculating based on you sentiments. A business cannot grow into million dollars in one day. a tree takes some time to grow and bear fruits. And for ur kind info the current mgmt is credible enough.

I think it is better to keep away from all these type of junk stocks for the time being. Such stocks may flourish only in a bull run....

ya you r correct our indian market had formed a bottom and ikf had shown very good results it is contineously spreading its business last mont only it had invested in internet servise and now it had invested in georgia so the future is very bright the market will continue its sideways movement for 2 months and within this two months it can achive a target of Rs. 8 and there on 12-13 in 6 months so just buy ...

IKF TECH BAGS TELECOM LICENCE IN GEORGIA

India’s robust telecom industry isn’t just attracting the world’s biggest telecom companies, it’s also producing some unusual local players with global dreams. Noida-based IKF Technologies has bagged a unified telecom service licence in an auction in Georgia, which could be its backdoor entry into telecom operations in the European Union (EU). “Georgia is expected to get EU membership in a year. So, we expect to get a licence to operate across EU nations,” said IKF Technologies president Pranav Prakash. So far only larger players such as Bharti and RCOM have ventured overseas.
The company had incorporated a new company—IKF Georgia—three months ago and is investing Rs 100 crore in the country for setting up telecom infrastructure. It plans to deploy another Rs 200 crore within a year. “We have partnered with German telecom infrastructure provider Ancotel for providing infrastructure in Georgia,” added Prakash.
Armed with a new licence for which it had to deposit a fee of 0,000, IKF Georgia will start operations by using a hybrid technology of WiMax, WiFi and radio frequency to provide Internet access and voice services. Ancotel and IKF Georgia will jointly install infrastructure depending on the need of an area and its population density. IKF Technologies is the India partner for Ancotel and is handling their brand-building and local support in India. Ancotel provides telecom infrastructure to VSNL and Aircel in India. IKF is planning to offer retail e-commerce, calling cards, government services and banking services on mobiles....

Dear arvind, Promoter holding in this stock is not more than 15%. On various financial parameters the stock value should be below Rs 3. Yes the stock does have speculative interest therefore it goes up to Rs7 or so. The stock can invite serious investors only if the promoters increase their stake to some respectable level. You may do some trading in this stock but no serious investment....

The current down trend can be explained to be consistent with general down turn. However, the company lacks credibility. better to stay out....

their futuristic biz has issues, due to food shortage arguments. margins are tight. Current biz will experience slow downs. Solar power while it promises much, has other established leaders.
One consistent aspect of this company, is that they are all over the place. keep promising much in all possible biz areas under the sun. You dont hear much about it later. good luck. WIse thing would be to wait and watch. stay away from this stock, since management credibility issuspect

the green fuel thing may be long term but don't ignore other areas where it may zoom in the short term also. This includes telecom, ites, and recently declared solar power. This co may very well go for de-merger in near future adding even more value

Hi Rajmani,
This is quite old news now and we have already seen a short rally when this news first came in.
However, I have no doubts on this scrip. It surely is a very good long term bet and for all those who are going to hold it with a long term view, are surely going to be benefited.
All suggestions/ views are welcome.
