Hi, The lowest the option can go to is 0, If markets on 29-Oct-2008 closes below NIFTY 3500 then you will lose all 125 rs, Now you have paid premium of 125 rs for NIFTY 3500, so if NIFTY goes above 3625 then you will make a profit. Let`s say if NIFTY closes 3800 on 29-OCT-2008 then you will get 300 minus your investment 175 rs profit. But during the move you can get a profit if NIFTY moves to 3500... ...

Dear Rashmi, If our markets show some resilience and pull back to 3750 or 3800 levels, There will be s strong resistance then you can think of Buying PUTs... because next week DOW might show a slight rally.....

Hi, There is still more pain to be rubbed off from the markets, so it would be wise not to take any positions... but if you are a risk taker I would say to take a 3500 CE at 125, and wait for a up move.. if you don`t want to take any risk please wait for some more time......

Dear Rashmi, He hd told me that this diper correctin can be of 50 % RETRACEMENT FROM THE PEAK OF THE SENSEX.... which means sense will go 50 % down from the top level of 21257. I think Peak level was 21257... In JANUARY-10, 2007 ,.. You devide Top by 2=bottom I have posted one message also... Else, you can read Economic Times for 52 week High, Or log to bseindia dot com and whatever top of 52 week, get half level.. I feel that WHATEVER LOW FORMED ON FRIDAY may be low for 2008!!!!!!! I would not look at supports for individual stocks to buy now, just go out and buy in parts. Stocks are available dirt cheap, for instance stocks with an yearly EPS of 20+ trading at 60 levels ;)....
