tell him not to worry add more if he wants.it is a 10 rs face value stock with a 17 rs earning per share,last divident given was 1.75 rs per share.65 rs is on the cards and if inflation gets controlled it will touch 90...

my tenant bought it aroung 58-68, he was sure it will bounce back.. now he is asking me to sell or hold... i will request every one to keep away once again. buy below 40

what ever, the stock market does not go like this. we have to see many things. sure the market is totally discounted now. its time to buy but for short term. it will rise with the market. its seen every time, we sell when market goes down (in loss mostly) and we start buying when market goes up (at higher rate though). you can read my previous msg, i posted to sell at 87, those who read the message sold it. now its at 52 Rs only. ...

To the best of my knowledge, kolte patil developers is a reputed name in Pune. That is not to comment on daily price movements. Less than book value seems a steal.

To the best of my knowledge, kolte patil developers is a reputed name in Pune. That is not to comment on daily price movements. Less than book value seems a steal....

these type of stocks are not for longterm. they get delist. send you paper share and close silently. dont buy now
