one of the few stocks that has bucked the downward trend. downside from here is very limited. long term investors should start accumulating this at 700. even ICICI Sec has given a buy rating with a price target of more than 1000 (an appreciation of more than 40%)...

ADSL tends to show high intra-day volatility due to low volumes. i would suggest to accumulate gradually at dips. i again bought this stock today at 705. my average price is now 445. The lowest that this stock has touched during the market crash is around 685. so its almost at its low now and worth accumulating at this level with more than 50% appreciation 1 yr fwd. any thoughts / comments are welcome

Hi,
i am also very optimistic on ADSL. had bought ADSL at 320 in september\\`07 with a price arget of around 800, where it as lingering now. am still not selling it since my target 1 yr down the line is around 1500/-
Mean EPS estimate for FY10 is around Rs85. And even if we give a reasonable forward PE of around 17-18 (considering the high growth potential beyond 2010 too), we get a price of around 1400-1500 1 year later, which represents an appreciation of still at least 85% from CMP of 760/-. It has been on an acquisition spree recently and has also got orders from GMR. Hence, fundamentally this stock looks really attractive from a long term perspective.
All should remember that this is 1 of the very few stocks that has stood strong even in this market mayhem. When the sensex has fallen from 21000 to 14500, this stock has jumped from 320 to 750 now.
