Alkyl Amines has reported a PAT of
4.03 Crores for the Quarter ended JUNE 2008 as compared to PAT of 1.2 Crores for the same Quarter of previos year means rise of 336% in net profit.

Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.
