as per exchanges every share is to be listed even bonus right etc.however by oversight i mentioned bonus shares recd but in fact not recd by me also sorry....

if holding exceeds 90%then they can go for delisting and rs 185 was given to the people who were holding shares for last 10/15 years others were offered rs 104 only so this time rs 140 higher than previous one i think nothing is possible to get more....

bonus shares of sesa goa credited to demat account yesterday but it is not listed yet on exchanges so do not sell bonus shares....

thanks for giving inside story of manipulation of primary market by so called qib fellows by selling at higher price and inviting others to loose money.sebi must find out exact things and delist the shares from the exchanges and punishmerchant bankers and promoters heavily....

you can sell at any time no worries get best price and best of luck....

ipo was subscribed nearly 1/2 times and price moves to 525 on very first day almost double then the issue price,what is this?sebi and exchanges were sleeping when the trading was going on next day also upper circuit was 20% so price went to 625 when there is some speculation activities exchanges can reduce the circuit limit to 2% even but who bothers let the investor loose the money exchanges and sebi will get up when damage is already done....

last time rs 185 was inclusive of interest due to delay in offer and it was paid to investors who were holding shares for 10/15 years span actual price was rs 104 do not confuse now nothing can be done you have to accept rs 140 or keep your shares as dead investment....

are you sure that nothing can be done how much % have they acquired i hope if it exceeds 95% then balace can be compulsory acquired . i am not sure hence i am inviting learned group of investors to offer me services whether we can still negotiate to rs 185/- offered last time ...

hi bonous share is not credited in our demat account.pl check wheather it is credited or not and give reply....

Yes you are absolutely right. when there is so much fluctuation, no action is taken by SEBI or Stock exchange. Only when it will start falling and when investors start losing money, these regulatory authorities will wake up....

There is no income tax exemption on shares tendered in open offer since there is no STT in this....
