Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Adoption of Annual Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 1.50/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

3. Re-appointment of Shri. Ram Dayal Sharma, Shri. Giriraj Kishore Sharma & Shri. Jitendra Kumar Agarwal as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. M L Agrawal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jaipur as Auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

5. Amendment in Article of Association of the Company.

6. Revision in remuneration payable to Shri. Ishwar Chand Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.

To see the volume in this counter it seem it will take north trend immediately to 290 .pl buy some qty at current level .On Monday it can go to 235 .

Genus Overseas has reported a 46.78% increase in net sales at Rs 164.7 crore compared to Rs 112.2 crore on YoY basis. The company's net profit has gone up 57.44% to Rs 12.6 crore from Rs 8 crore on YoY basis.
