do not panic you will receive form in one or two days.however you can write to karvy mentioning your demat account details they will post you.you can xerox form from your friend.offer opend on 16th aug and last date is 4th sept.you can ask for any details on the board i will answer you....

sebi made it mandatory for companies to send dividend through ecs but so many companies are still sendiing dividend through post which is risky and time consuming one depository participents are not responding and asking investors to write letter dirctly to company,nsdl and sebi must take strict actions against the companies....

as the holding has gone above 90% company will apply for delisting from exchanges very soon no doubt you will get rs 200 even after delisting company will exit offer to shareholders at rs 200 per share,...

sebi gave lot of days for right issue nowdays ipo book building is done in 15 days why existing company needs 43 days?what is the logic for delay?
sebi allowded mutual funds to publish results within 4 months but why?nowdays with advanced it technics the thing can be done in 1 month only.what logic?can sebi officials explain with full reasons for giving long time?...

sorry you are wrong spilt shares will come to your demat account on 18th aug but bonus shares may take 15/30 days....
