Ifb Agro Industries Ltd has informed the Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held on September 12, 2008. At the meeting:- 1. The Board approved and allotted 3,00,000 Equity Shares (face value of Rs 10/- each) of the Company to IFB Automotive Pvt. Ltd on Preferential basis at the rate of Rs.67/- per share (including Premium of Rs 57/- per share). 2.
